THE PLACE
ABOUT
Two beautiful houses ...
... enclosed in a secured gated compound with a big tropical garden. Each house has two bedrooms with king-size beds and A/C, a spacious dining and living area, a kitchen plus a bathroom. The house can comfortably be shared among 4 persons. The kitchen is equipped with the basics that you may need during your stay. All linen, pillows, blankets and towels are provided. There are terraces at the ground level and the rooftop where you can savor a cool drink, read a book or simply enjoy the beautiful view over the garden with the pool or the Atlantic ocean in the background.
For your household employees, we offer a room in a separate boy's quarters on the same compound.
SERVICES
Breakfast & Meals
Upon request our house manager will be happy to prepare you a simple breakfast or to cook local dishes for you
Wifi
4G / LTE Internet is available through a mobile prepaid WiFi hotspot. The network speed varies and may not be sufficient for video calls or any kind of streaming
Garden
The serene garden filled with tropical flowers and trees offers shady spots to rest and to let your mind drift. Or relax in a hammock under the thatched traditional summer hut besides the pool
House Manager & Security
Our house manager (Anthony) lives in the same compound and will be around to assist whenever you may need him. There is also a watchman who guards the place 24/7 to ensure security
Pool
All our guests are welcome to use the pool at any time. However, caution must be taken as the water depth is > 1.50 m and there is no life guard
Laundry Service
The washing machine is at the house manager's place. He will gladly do the washing for you

Monkey Forest
Watch the monkeys, only 10 minutes walk from our place, when they gather to savour the bananas you bring them - or just relax in the cool shade under the huge jungle trees
Boat trip
Enjoy an unforgettable canoe trip on the nearby Densu river delta. Discover traditional fishing villages and enjoy bird watching
Shopping & Markets
If the A/C-cooled West Hills Mall over the hill is not for you, request our house manager to take you to one of the exuberant and colourful food or handicraft markets
Beaches
Kusum beach where you can relax on the shores of the Atlantic ocean is only 15 minutes walking from the compound. There you can also have a cold drink in one of the beach bars. By taxi, the popular Kokrobite beach and Bojo beach are just a few minutes away
Sports & Leisure
Take surfing lessons at Kokrobite beach or enjoy plenty of other activities, like drumming, painting or batik work
Day trips
There is so much to discover within reach of a day trip: The Fort of Good Hope at Senyah Beraku, the Kakum National Park with its canopy walkways at dizzying height, the Boti and Akaa water falls, Elmina castle or the impressive Akosombo dam at the Volta lake
